Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support financial processes for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Accountancy and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in multi-entity environments. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential. This role includes verifying invoices, managing cash activities, and preparing reconciliations, alongside supporting month-end closing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting or finance experience, ideally with multi-entity or multi-country exposure.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting is preferred.
• Comfortable managing month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and process payments.
• Manage cash-related activities and maintain cashbooks.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and intercompany billings.
• Support month-end closing and general accounting tasks.
• Handle GST/VAT submissions and maintain accurate filing.
