Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A valid Supervise Construction Work for WSH certificate will be preferable.
• Comfortable working outdoors on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and geotechnical data for project proposals.
• Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Interface with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and oversee daily site activities in accordance with schedules.
• Lead site crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Interpret geotechnical findings and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports.
• Support cost control initiatives through efficient resource planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
