Job summary

A civil engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to handle soil investigations and support project management. Qualifications

• Soil Investigation, Instrumentation & Monitoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, collecting and recording soil samples and data.
• Resolving technical and non-technical issues.
• Assisting Project Engineer/ Manager in planning work sequences.
• Reviewing field work/ site investigations and making recommendations.
• Preparing geological reports as required for projects.
• Monitoring site work, materials, plant & equipment.
• Supporting PD in analyzing claims, variations, and extensions.
• Verifying Contractor’s payment statements.
• Reviewing project interface in implementation schedules.
• Assisting PM with progress report preparation.
