General Manager/Business Head - Restaurant
    As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the restaurant operations effectively. You will be in charge of supervising staff, conducting hiring processes, training employees, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, you will create schedules, manage labor costs, and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage inventory, order supplies, handle customer complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction. Financial management tasks such as managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and controlling costs will also be part of your duties.Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and building relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience will be essential. You will need to implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as promote the restaurant within the community and through various channels.Quality control will be a key aspect of your role, involving ensuring food quality and consistency, as well as monitoring cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant. Your skills should include strong leadership and management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in the restaurant industry, knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, financial management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
