Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily operations, including manpower planning, project coordination, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with building and regulatory standards.
• Review budgets, cost control, and operational performance to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project matters.
• Support directors in long-term planning, compliance, and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline (Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred).
