Our client is a key player in the medical health products industry with a strong presence in China at present. Due to overseas expansion, a need has arisen to hire a General Manager to head the operation for Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring the brand into the Singaporean market. Reporting to the CEO based in China, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategically sound business plan to grow the company with the ability to coach and develop a team to support. By maximising company profits and opportunities, he or she will be the key person leading the team to develop and maintain positive experience to its customers by maximising efficiency and effectiveness as well as working closely with different stakeholders internally and externally.

To succeed, you should be a seasoned medical professional with the high level of initiatives and drive for building a strong and long lasting business in a fast paced environment in the industry. Prior experience in working for medical related field is essential. Strong business sense is essential to identify business opportunities with a hands‑on approach to oversee the operational ground work of business. A “people” leader who is able to lead and coach the existing team with strong track record of people development skills. Excellent articulations and communications skills are expected with full fluency in English and Mandarin.
