General Manager Business Developments are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

- GM Business Developments will be responsible for the complete working of the company and will oversee marketing, sales, production, purchasing and client interactions.
- GM Business Developments are developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Provides input into baseline revenue and growth initiatives for the region. Work cross-functionally to implement effective and profitable growth strategies with partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales revenue targets in a competitive market and identify and close strategic up‑selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs.
- Work closely with products, marketing, and revenue teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company‑wide goals and using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work cross‑functionally to implement effective and profitable growth strategies with partners, plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones and finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Provides input into baseline revenue and growth initiatives for the region and you are concerned with the continuous optimization of the company with regard to quality, efficiency and profitability of the company.
- Provides guidance to leadership on performance management, employee development, training, initiative and good decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain client relationships. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- GM Business Development must attend conferences, meetings, and industry events and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and travel across the world to look for opportunities and expansions.
- A GM Business Development should have excellent telephone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and good IT skills and the ability to write reports to top management a weekly basis and monthly basis about the targets achieved.
