Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system for the campus community.
• Attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting.
• Enhancement to existing system / new project development work.
• Support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems.
• Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.
• Support campus business events.
• Provision of monthly work progress report records.
• Working with the other developers at the Polytechnic.

The Suppliers personnel shall have:

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
• Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

For PeopleSoft related skills, the Contractors personnel shall have:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing and/or maintaining PeopleSoft system.
• Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as SQR, query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface.
• Knowledge and experience on PeopleSoft branding customization and landing page design would be an added advantage.
• Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would be an added advantage.
• Experience with PeopleTools upgrades would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, etc. would be an added advantage.
