Overview

Sales Consultant positions at ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change are being opened at Changi Airport. This is a full-time role located in Changi, East, with duties across one or more branches as they open. Start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency
  • Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures
  • Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales
  • Participation in sales activities and marketing projects
Qualifications and qualities
  • You thrive in active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed the customer\'s expectations
  • You are driven and solution-oriented, passionate about sales, managing different customer profiles and working towards set goals
  • You are results-driven and service-oriented and, like your colleagues, aim to deliver the best possible service for profitability
  • You are a flexible employee who can work in several branches if necessary
  • You are responsible with attention to detail and complete tasks accurately and on time
  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • You have some computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office
  • You have completed education at least at upper secondary level and have experience in sales activities
  • You are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well as English; additional languages are an advantage

Hours and scheduling

Hours: 44 hours per week (Full-time). Between 09:00 and 21:00 on a shift pattern basis. Seasonal changes may apply.

Transport and security

You should have transport available to travel to and from home and the airport for all shift types. Because our branches are located in a security-classified area, an airport security check will be carried out before employment.
