About the job

Transformer Robotics is looking for a B2B Sales Manager based in Singapore as part of its growth strategy. You will be building your own team to help boost the presence of the company's product at stores, showroom and on e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration & Strategy
  • Lead the charge into new B2B markets by identifying high‑potential segments and crafting tailored go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform sales tactics and positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings with market needs.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Development
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, focusing on long‑term client partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client pain points and business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize value for both the company and the client.
Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers across target industries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Performance & Reporting
  • Set and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and market feedback.
  • Use CRM tools to track activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in sales strategy and execution.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience within furniture industry, preferably in market development or expansion roles.
  • Proven track record of entering and growing new markets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑starter with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
