Key Responsibilities

Fund Operations & Financial Reporting

• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all funds.
• Serve as the primary liaison with fund administrators for:
• Investment processing
• Capital calls and distributions
• Management fee calculations
• Quarterly and annual reporting

Portfolio & Performance Reporting

• Collaborate closely with investment teams and portfolio companies to gather data and prepare portfolio performance reports.
• Support the development of dashboards and analytics for internal and investor use.

New Fund Launches

• Coordinate end-to-end processes for new fund setups, including:
• Engaging service providers
• Opening bank accounts
• Managing legal documentation and compliance requirements

Audit & Tax Compliance

• Assist in annual audits and tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial activities.

Investor Relations Support

• Prepare quarterly investor reports and respond to ad‑hoc investor requests.
• Work closely with investor relations and investment teams to deliver clear, insightful updates.

Strategic & Growth Initiatives

• Contribute to firm‑wide projects such as revenue generation, client acquisition, and onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
