Job description

Sports Schooling is dedicated to helping children develop confidence, skills, and a love for swimming and sports. Our Swim Lab focuses on structured programmes, personalised coaching, and fun, safe learning environments for children aged 3 and above.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Swim / Programme Coach to join our team. In this role, you will not only deliver swim lessons but also coordinate and develop camp swim and sports programmes, as well as support the delivery of ad hoc programmes for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver structured swim lessons and sports programmes for children aged 3 and above.
  • Coordinate and develop swim and sports camps, ensuring they are engaging, safe, and aligned with our curriculum.
  • Deliver ad hoc programmes, workshops, and events for children.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to improve technique, confidence, and overall skill.
  • Perform administrative duties including attendance tracking, reporting, and communication with parents.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students during lessons and programmes.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of Sports Schooling.
Requirements
  • Previous experience coaching children in swimming or sports.
  • Strong technical knowledge of swimming strokes and techniques.
  • Ability to motivate and engage children of different ages and skill levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic first aid and life‑saving certification must have.
  • Relevant coaching certifications preferred (e.g., Austswim).
  • Flexible, organised, and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Singaporeans or those with valid work permits are welcome to apply.
