We're a small, independent izakaya looking for a reliable full-time kitchen assistant to join our evening team and support our chef in running a smooth, efficient kitchen.

🧽 Job Scope:

• Assist chef with food preparation, cooking, and inventory management
• Wash and clean dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Handle general cleaning tasks (e.g. floors, bins, etc.)
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations

📅 Working Hours & Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Approx. 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (subject to chef’s adjustment)

✅ Requirements:

• Must have completed Basic Food Hygiene Course
• Singaporean / PR only
• Experienced cook preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

💰 Renumeration:

• Based on experience
