Overall Job Objectives

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands. He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Host and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Be well-versed with the outlet’s products and services and actively promote or upsell items when appropriate.
• Provide a high standard of service through attentive and engaging guest interaction.
• Adhere to all operational procedures and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
• Maintain proper grooming and represent the brand professionally.
• Understand and operate POS/ordering systems to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues to the immediate superior for quick resolution.
• Assist the Outlet In-Charge in promoting specific menu items or services.
