What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors — offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules.
  • Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
  • Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay
  • Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Commitment Requirement:
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year
  • Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
