A healthcare aesthetics company in Singapore is seeking a Receptionist to manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression, managing phone calls, and assisting doctors during procedures. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and experience in customer service. This role requires working 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or reception is preferred.

Job description
Overview

The first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing the reception area and providing administrative support. Greeting patients, answer phones, direct calls, handle inquiries & Leads & managing the reception area's appearance.

Additionally, they perform various administrative tasks like sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records along with assisting Doctors while performing procedure.

Liaise with the digital marketing team on the leads provided.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Greeting visitors, providing a positive first impression, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and relaying messages accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Sorting mail, managing deliveries, maintaining files and records, and handling basic office supplies.
  • Reception Area Management: Ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Stocks management: Maintaining products stock in & out list for audit.
  • Coordination: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Clerical Duties: Performing tasks like photocopying, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Clinical Assistance: Assisting the Doctor's while performing procedures.

Location: Raffles Place

Work Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Sat)
