ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the overall arrival process to uphold service standards.

  • Support smooth seating arrangements and coordinate with relevant teams for efficient flow.

  • Maintain high standards of guest experience through attentive service and proactive assistance.

  • Facilitate special arrangements for distinguished guests as part of overall service quality.

  • Gather and relay feedback to management to enhance service delivery.

  • Contribute to operational efficiency by assisting with service-related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
