Freight Shipping Operation Manager / Assistant Manager ( Customer Services & Operations ) (Freight and NVOCC experience) with Sea Freight Experience

Responsibilities

• Problem-solving for routine and non-routine issues or complaints from customers.
• To jointly work with suppliers and vendors including key carriers to make exceptions and improve services to enhance customers’ experience.
• Top Line Growth and Responsibilities through retention and penetration efforts, and business development with Network Agent Partners and House Accounts.
• Periodically review business processes and customers’ SOP regularly to make them more efficient and up to date.
• Active engagement with key suppliers and vendors including carriers.

Accountabilities

• Joint accountability with Branch Manager for delivering Top Line financial performance targets.
• Increase nomination from strategic network agents.
• Consistent business from regular customers, and business from new customers.
• Prompt reply of customers inquiries which include bookings, rate inquiries, track and trace shipments, and others.
