  • Participate in quality-related activities, including audits and claims management.
  • Represent operations in engagements with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct training for operational staff.
  • Coordinate with the IT team on system enhancements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor compliance with national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality-related activities, including audits, qualification programmes, and claims management.
  • Represent operations in engagements with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts at a regional level.
  • Conduct internal and external training for operational staff, including training on new customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the IT team on system enhancements, integrations, and project testing.
  • Provide support for daily operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Align operational processes with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Prepare and support daily, weekly, monthly, and KPI reports for customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external clients (Control Tower function).
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support ad‑hoc quotations when required.
  • Travel overseas as required.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Management.
