Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore seeks Freelance Trainers to deliver workshops and coaching sessions on HR and organisational development. Candidates should have relevant experience and qualifications, including WSQ Workplace Learning Certified, and excellent English communication skills. This role offers the flexibility to work on a project basis, with both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering training projects for major organisations or government agencies.
  • Possess relevant Degree(s)/Certificate(s) in Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Our services span Strategic HR Consultancy, HR Operations, and Training Programmes. We work closely with organisations to design and implement practical, results-driven solutions that foster both organisational growth and employee engagement.

As part of our growing portfolio of training programmes, we are looking to expand our network of freelance trainers to deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and capability-building programmes for a diverse range of clients. Trainings may be conducted in-person or virtually, depending on client requirements.

Freelance trainers will be engaged on a project basis to design, customise, and/or deliver training programmes focused on various HR and organisational development topics. You may be engaged to:

  • Lead full-day or modular workshops
  • Deliver client-specific training sessions
  • Support content development or curriculum customisation
  • Facilitate leadership or employee development initiatives

General Qualifications:

  • Ideally 3 years of experience designing and delivering relevant training projects for major organisations or government agencies.
  • Possess relevant Degree(s)/Certificate(s) in Psychology, Business, Organisational Development, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or other relevant disciplines (see below for more details).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Training-Specific Qualifications:

  • Essential: WSQ Workplace Learning Certified, or ACTA/ACLP, DACE/DDDLP preferred.
  • Good-to-have: Adult Education Professionalisation (AEP) certifications by Institute of Adult Learning (IAL); Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by International Association of Facilitators (IAF); Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or any relevant certification by Association for Talent Development (ATD).
  • Any other relevant certification or qualification (i.e. Design Thinking, Agile, Coaching/Facilitation, Change Management), and specialised experience conducting training in a specific sector (i.e. government, post-secondary, IHL, NPO/NGO, international, industry-specific), will be considered favourably.
