We combine science-backed technology with luxurious user experience to support both at-home self-care and aesthetic clinics post-treatment recovery. Our products are sold via TikTok livestreams, online marketplaces, Shopify, and through growing partnerships with clinics and medispas across the region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our TikTok and Instagram content. You will film, edit, and manage short‑form videos, coordinate UGC creators, and support campaigns alongside our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty content and understands fast‑moving social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Execution
  • Plan, film, and edit weekly short‑form videos (tutorials, demos, ASMR, UGC‑style) for TikTok and IG.
  • Post daily content, optimise for engagement, and maintain brand aesthetics.
  • Capture behind‑the‑scenes content during livestreams, events, and clinic visits.
2. UGC Creator Management & Collaboration
  • Scout, brief, and manage UGC creators; approve submissions and maintain quality.
  • Repurpose UGC into social content, ads, and TikTok Shop assets.
  • Work with the designer, marketing strategist, and ops team for campaign needs.
3. Trend Discovery, Analytics & Improvement
  • Spot emerging TikTok/IG trends and integrate them into the content plan.
  • Track weekly performance, identify top formats, and propose improvements.
  • Maintain an organised content library and UGC database.
