We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Programmer to develop a custom database system tailored to our loyalty program and business operations. This is a project-based role where you will work closely with our internal team to understand our processes and deliver a functional, scalable, and user-friendly solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a custom database management system aligned with our operational needs

• Build and manage a secure, scalable SQL database for storing customer and sales data

• Implement data analysis features such as reporting, trend tracking, and customer segmentation

• Integrate the developed solution to existing systems

• Provide clear documentation and basic training for users

• Offer technical support throughout testing, deployment, and post-launch

Requirements

• Proven experience in database, SQL and/or CRM development or similar business tools

• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence

• Good understanding of retail/consumer nature of business

• High proficiency in SQL and database design
