Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the fragrance industry, preferably within Home Care categories.
• Demonstrated expertise in fragrance development and evaluation for Home Care formats.
• Strong consumer understanding and ability to translate insights into fragrance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement fragrance development strategies and creative processes.
• Lead olfactive vision for assigned customers and drive initiatives in Home Care categories.
• Manage and execute multiple complex briefs in close coordination with teams.
