The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, a strong understanding of FPSO design, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within oil & gas or offshore projects.
• Strong understanding of FPSO design processes and interface complexities.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk management framework.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
• Facilitate risk workshops and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Prepare periodic risk reports for management and clients.
