A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to support their Finance team during a significant financial system upgrade. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on Oracle Essbase and related tools. Responsibilities include assisting in the upgrade process, maintaining reporting structures, and working closely with IT for system enhancements. We are seeking a Finance professional with system knowledge to support our Finance team through a major financial system upgrade, with a focus on Oracle Essbase and related tools.

Job Scope:

• Support Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Assist in the financial system upgrade, including testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle Essbase reporting structures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with IT team to streamline processes using MaxL scripts, CLI tools, SmartView, and Linux-based automation.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Stored Procedures to support financial data flows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate Finance requirements into system solutions.
• Prepare documentation and provide user support during upgrade and BAU operations.

Job Requirement:

• Finance background with experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or financial systems support.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Essbase, SmartView, and related tools.
• Experience with scripting (MaxL, Linux) and Oracle Stored Procedures is good to have.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working closely with IT team and supporting system-related initiatives.

• Salary – Up to S$8K per month
• Contract duration: 6-month contract

• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
