Form Teacher

We are looking for a form teacher with a talent for engaging learners and supporting their development through lessons, workshops and activities, devised and delivered in line with curriculum standards. You will be skilled in producing engaging content, and presenting material in a range of means to suit your learners needs and abilities.

You will have responsibility for assessing students, evaluating progress, marking work, and developing learning plans in the context of a safe learning environment, adhering to teaching standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and class management documentation
• Provide regular progress and performance reports on students.
• Attend scheduled meetings to review student performance and curriculum matters
• Support the school in maintaining high standards of student discipline
• Implement teaching and learning strategies that help students achieve strong examination outcomes
• Managing planners to ensure students are organised and to maintain home-school communication
• Contribute actively to student welfare initiatives within the school community
• Participate and contribute to extra-curricular activities
• Provide additional tuition or academic support to students who require extra assistance
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the school management.

Requirements:
