Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ sales management experience, preferably in food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
• Focused, committed, good communicator, and leader.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to travel overseas occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage sales operations in the foodservice sector.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the commercial and technical team.
• Provide and execute forecast and budget on revenue and expenses.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts for timely payments and collections.
• Collect, record, and report market and customer data.
• Organize and execute events like exhibitions and presentations.
• Liaise with various departments to support customer and partner needs.
• Complete other sales operations tasks assigned by management.
