Job Description
- Deliver classroom training and facilitation
- Conduct assessments to assess learners' competency
- Perform training administration duties
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in related service fields (e.g. F&B, Food Science, Hospitality Management)
- Able to conduct the course in both Mandarin/English
- ACTA/ACLP certified candidates preferred
- At least attained a A2 in "O" level Chinese or level 4 in BCT
- Min 3 years working experience in service environment as Supervisor / Manager
- Independent with strong leadership and communication abilities
- Passion for learning and development

Criteria to be a Food Safety Course Level 1 trainer
- Passed either:
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) OR
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) full qualification
- NITEC Certificate equivalent or higher, in food science related courses with food safety modules
- Passed both courses:
- WSQ Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures (BFHC) or WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) L1
- WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Audit (FHO) Course or WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) L3
- At least two (2) years’ F&B experience in supervisory OR training OR consultancy area
- Work experience in:
- Food retail AND/OR
- Food manufacturing
Criteria to be a Food Safety Course Level 3 trainer
- Passed either:
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) OR
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) full qualification
- Diploma equivalent or higher, in food science related courses with food safety modules
- Passed both courses:
- WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Audit (FHO) Course or WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) L3
- WSQ Apply Food Safety Management Systems for Food Services Establishment (FSMS) Course
- At least two (2) years’ F&B experience in managing OR auditing OR conduct training OR provide consultancy for food safety systems
- Work experience in:
- Food retail AND/OR
- Food manufacturing
