Food & Beverage Manager

to lead and oversee all aspects of our property’s food and beverage operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for the overall performance, management, and profitability of all F&B outlets and In-Room Dining services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who ensures operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and consistent service standards while driving innovation and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, including the dining outlets, bar, and event spaces.
  • Ensure service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are maintained at the highest levels.
  • Implement and uphold the property’s service standards across all outlets.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing and labour cost control.
Financial & Revenue Management
  • Develop and monitor annual F&B budgets and monthly P&L statements.
  • Drive revenue through creative promotions, events, and partnership initiatives.
  • Control costs and manage operating equipment inventories in line with budget goals.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Finance team to review and adjust pricing strategies.
Team Development
  • Lead, train, and mentor F&B teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.
  • Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Develop and implement training programs for all food & beverage associates.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
  • Monitor service quality and ensure all food and beverages meet established standards.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, the local community, and internal departments.
