A leading aviation services provider in Singapore is looking for a Flight Dispatcher to oversee trip set-up and coordination. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in corporate aviation, a strong understanding of dispatch regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing all flight-related activities, conducting route evaluations, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. This role requires willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Luxaviation ExecuJet Asia Pty Ltd is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within our dispatch division, based in Singapore.
The Flight Dispatcher is responsible for all trip set-up and support, trip coordination, flight planning and flight following ensuring the safe completion of all company related flight activities in accordance with AOC and company procedures.
Overseeing the flying program both tactically and strategically throughout the shift period.
Maintaining watch of all traffic flows and plan accordingly.
Trip setup in accordance with AOC and operational requirements including setting up all services for the flight, arranging slots/permits/handling/fuel and other services as necessary.
Conducting route evaluations and performance feasibility.
Crew scheduling and safeguarding compliance with stipulated rules of the various AOCs.
Collating, interpreting and delivering weather briefings to crew.
Flight monitoring to include tactical control of ATC flight plans; CFMU slot monitoring and controlling live workflow in terms of urgency, severity and other factors and utilizing resources available to maximum effect.
Managing passenger details/manifests and arranging customs and immigrations services as required.
Arranging passenger and crew travel and accommodation.
Global IFR/VFR, short range and ultra-long range EROPS / ETOPS flight planning in compliance with multiple worldwide AOC’s, flight safety, and international best practice.
Dispatching flights and submitting the appropriate flight planning and related documents to the crew and required stakeholders.
Flight monitoring to include tactical control of ATC flight plans; CFMU slot monitoring and controlling live workflow in terms of urgency and other factors and utilising resources available to maximum effect.
Actively participating in the company’s quality and safety program.
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders including KAM’s to accommodate the needs and requirements of all parties.
Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Essential
Proven experience as a Flight Dispatcher in a Corporate aviation environment.
Detailed knowledge of regulations and dispatch requirements.
A highly process-driven approach to problem solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Willingness to work to objectives set by the Dispatch Team Manager in alignment with policies and procedures.
Willingness to do shift work including night, weekends and public holidays.
Desirable
Holds current Dispatch licence.
