Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance guest experience. The role demands a strong background in F&B management with at least 6 years of experience, ideally in fine dining. Key responsibilities include managing P&L, leading staff, and ensuring operational effectiveness across outlets. The position requires flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays, and offers a competitive salary package.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations for guest experience.
  • Responsible for P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Maximize profitability and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews and process improvements.
  • Ensure high standards of food and operational safety.
  • Manage manpower scheduling and labor control.
  • Participate actively in hiring junior service roles.
  • Lead and mentor supervisors and service crew.

💰 Salary

Up to $5.5k per month

⏰ Working Hours / Duration
  • 5–6 days work week (depending on roster)
  • Rotating shifts aligned with restaurant operating hours
  • Weekends & Public Holidays required (F&B management)

  • Restaurant outlets islandwide
  • Central & easily accessible locations
🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Responsible for P&L, budgeting, forecasting & cost control
  • Maximize profitability by increasing turnover and maintaining cost efficiency
  • Conduct regular performance reviews & process improvements
  • Ensure high standards of food safety & operational safety
  • Manage manpower scheduling, leave monitoring & labour control
  • Participate actively in hiring of junior service roles
  • Lead, mentor & develop supervisors and service crew
  • Handle restaurant administrative duties
  • Any tasks assigned by the Area Manager

  • Minimum 6 years of F&B management experience
  • Experience in Fine-Dining Environments is a Plus!
