Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Customer Service Executive and be the voice that makes a difference!

What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure claim enquiries and requests received through emails are responded to within the expected turnaround time.
  • Where required, ensure calls to policyholders and distribution representatives relating to claim decisions are promptly rendered.
  • Undertake other projects or ad‑hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Unit Head.
  • Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passionate about customer service (email or call).
  • Diploma/degree holders with relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
