We are seeking a Financial Content Marketing Strategist to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual contributor with deep expertise in financial content marketing, social media dynamics, and Web3/Fintech to own and execute content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Strategy and Execution: Define and execute multi-market content strategies, covering a diverse range of financial assets, including traditional capital markets and digital assets
  • Drive Digital Engagement and Growth: Own end-to-end content delivery across major and regional social media platforms, implementing campaigns that significantly boost engagement, traffic, and user conversion
  • Acquisition and Performance: Focus on efficient user acquisition strategies, optimizing campaigns to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) like platform registration across multiple markets
  • Financial Education and Community Building: Develop comprehensive investor education content that translates complex financial product logic and market principles into accessible materials for various user segments, cultivating and engaging active investor communities online
  • Risk Mitigation and Compliance Communication: Strategize communication around complex or high-risk financial products, proactively managing potential public sentiment issues and ensuring all content adheres to regulatory standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Product, Business Development, and Design teams to ensure unified messaging and successful implementation of cross-regional initiatives
  • Optimization and Trend Analysis: Utilize data and market trend analysis to inform content decisions, optimize messaging, and incorporate new digital tools (including AI) to enhance production efficiency and personalization
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 4-8 years of experience in content marketing within the Financial Services, Fintech, Brokerage, or Crypto/Web3 sectors
  • Proven experience leading and executing multi-market strategies, demonstrating working knowledge of regional nuances across various target audience segments across different markets
  • Demonstrated ability to approach marketing challenges with a strategic mindset, balancing product promotion with essential risk communication and compliance
  • Strong capabilities in content marketing, product marketing, investment content operations, and social media management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Some proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise with team members in Chinese speaking markets
