About the Job

• Support key initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of financial tools and systems.
• Collaborate closely with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support strategic decisions through data‑driven analysis.
• Conduct forecasting, budgeting and variance analyses, profitability and feasibility assessments.
• Perform financial modelling to support business making decisions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
• Relevant years of experience in a similar FP&A or analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills in Excel.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools would be highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• You preferably come from industries that are within logistics, travel retail, airlines.
