We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic decision‑making through data‑driven insights and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on monthly departmental performance (actual vs budget) and highlight areas for improvement
• Assist in annual revenue and projection cycles
• Perform costing and pricing for services, programmes, and new initiatives
• Provide financial analytics support for value‑based initiatives
• Participate in understanding system relationships, system structure, and end‑to‑end flow
• Assist in system setup including performing UAT
• Perform feasibility analysis, cost‑benefit analysis, and build scenarios relating to new/existing projects or programmes
• Handle ad‑hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in healthcare industry with management accounting or data analytics preferred
