Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in Singapore. You will work closely with the Managing Partner to support end‑to‑end advisory and investment processes from sourcing and evaluating to executing transactions and managing portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in startups and mid‑market companies, focusing on market trends, innovation, and financial potential.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence on potential investment targets.
• Analyse business models, financial statements, and growth strategies to assess financial viability and investment potential.
• Conduct market research, industry and business analysis, and financial modelling.
• Support due diligence processes, including preparing Investment Committee Memos and Board presentations.
• Provide analytical and operational support in portfolio management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company in events and external meetings together with the Partner.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus) with a strong interest in venture capital, startups, and investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modelling and valuation techniques with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the Partner across various administrative tasks.
