Job description

Job Descriptions:

Financial Reporting

1. Assist in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profits elimination, etc
2. Facilitate and support the submission of monthly accounts and notes to accounts by subsidiaries
3. Review data provided by subsidiaries and consolidate notes to the group financial statements
4. Handle full set of accounts for small entities
5. Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and IFRS.
6. Liase with external auditors on year end audits.

Review Corporate Expenses

1. Assists corporate functions in the preparation of annual budget
2. Review and analyse corporate expenses and provide recommendation for improvement

GL Shared Service

1. Integration of non-China entities into GL shared service center

IPO and Ad-hoc Projects

Prepare schedules required by external auditors during IPO audits

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Accounting (Procure from Singapore local university)
• Good at planning & communication skills, attention to details
• Good at IFRS is a must
• High integrity, willingness to learn
