Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
2. Accounting and Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
3. Treasury and Cash Flow Management
  • Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to support trade finance and other banking needs.
4. Internal Controls and Compliance
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to align financial strategies with business goals.
6. Audit and Risk Management
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability.

Requirements
1. Education and Experience
