Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing the financial mandates for the licensed entity in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of financial statements and reportings by liaising with internal and external stakeholders (such as book keepers, fund administrators and auditors etc.)
• Support with tax related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Processing and managing capital calls, liaising with fund admin
• Managing bank account access rights, signing rights
• Handling any other operational and finance related tasks

Qualifications

• Possesses at least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in a finance role, ideally from investment firms or Big4
• A meticulous, detailed and organised team player
• Able to uphold strong work ethics in handling confidential information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conversant in MS Office
