Denna position rapporterar till: AMEA SVC & Local Biz Controller (부장)

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and lead local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Marine & Ports in Singapore. Main stakeholders are relevant business manager and leads local finance teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility.
  • Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility.
  • Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Qualifications for the role
  • Work Experience: +3 years of experience in similar role
  • Job Skills: Financial Analysis, Accounting, Performance Management, Risk Management, and Internal Controls
  • Strong Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, PS, SD) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • Hold work permit in Singapore
  • Excellent English communication skills
