Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for our healthcare business. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Oversee clinic billing, revenue recognition, insurance and corporate receivables.
  • Manage cash flow, collections, and payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with SFRS, GST, IRAS, ACRA, CPF, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee payroll, including doctors’ remuneration and statutory submissions.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
  • Support management on business decisions, cost control, and expansion initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on full set accounting.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or service-based industries is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
