Job summary

A leading firm in the Data Center industry in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the finance and accounting functions for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or ACCA, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include handling month/quarter/year-end closings, overseeing P&L and cash flow reporting, and improving reporting quality. The role may require occasional short business travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or ACCA certification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience as external auditor in top audit firms.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong proficiency in IFRS.
• Experience with US GAAP is good to have.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of finance and accounting for multiple entities.
• Perform month/quarter/year-end closing tasks.
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting and analysis.
• Handle complex accounting issues escalated from juniors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Singapore firm in the Data Center industry with global presence is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible in handling full sets of finance and accounting for multiple entities in several countries, hands on month/quarter/year-end closing, overseeing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow reporting and analysis, handling complex accounting issues escalated from the juniors, improving reporting quality and provide financial insights to the management.

In addition, the Finance Manager will be required to do short business travel few times in a year.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or ACCA
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience as external auditor in top audit firms
