Job Scope:

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate full sets of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Financial Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation.
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper safeguarding of company assets.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee internal and external audit processes.

Tax Management

• Prepare and file tax and GST submissions in line with statutory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support smooth finance operations.
• Provide support on financial matters and assist new business teams with ad-hoc requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience handling full-set accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and GST
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
