Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports.
• Record and payment of accounts payables, including petty cash.
• Perform intercompany reconciliation every month.
• Handle bank reconciliations and postings.
• Post daily bank receipts.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable – Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
• Accounts Payables – Recording and payment (including petty cash)
• Intercompany reconciliation every month
• Bank reconciliation, posting and balance
• Petty cash and other journal posting
• Daily bank receipts postings
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Department

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent education
• 2 to 3 years of experience in AP & AR Roles

• Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP Accounting System, Accpac Accounting System and MYOB Accounting System
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
