Job summary

A leading finance company in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to manage invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience in maritime engineering finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Review and verify supplier invoices and payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Manage payment processing, including preparing payment files and coordinating with banks for transaction execution.
• Maintain regular communication with banks to handle daily banking operations and fund management.
• Perform cash flow and bank account reconciliations to ensure accurate and clear accounts.
• Handle account clearing tasks related to accounts payable and payment follow-up.
• Prepare payment and cash flow reports for management review.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and team tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with online banking platforms is preferred.
