Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Act as Finance Business Partner
- Work closely with Sales, Logistic and Procurement to ensure commercial policy are followed and business risk are controlled. Identifies and assesses different risk exposure such as credit risk, commodity risk, operational risk and defines risk mitigation plan.
- Review deal mechanics such as pricing, volume, contract terms, storage for different business process among the value chain.
- Maintain oversight over the daily, weekly, and monthly net revenue and balance sheet reporting process
- Compose and analyze the developments on biofuel markets, with focuses on changes that impact the supply, demand and trade flows.
- Lead regular business review meetings, provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams including operations, logistic team monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation
- Variance Analysis: Track and analyze the gaps between actual and operational performance (KPI) and making recommendations for improvements. Providing root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder, majoring in business, economics, finance or equivalent.
- Very strong experience of at least 10 years in the physical product or petrochemical markets player, either as a controller or analyst, with strong understanding in market fundamentals and the oil & gas / biofuel value chain. Candidates with experience in the Refining sector or trading operations are also encouraged to apply.
