Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance operations and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare management reports, including budget analysis.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates.
  • Provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and support mitigation efforts.
  • Enhance internal finance controls and processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

Job Purpose

To support financial operations within a dynamic executive office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong cost control, accurate financial reporting, and effective financial governance, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

  • Salary: Up to $5,500 + Bonuses
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions across functions.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments, collections, and accurate records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing, including balance sheet and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual management reports, including budget and variance analysis.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making, including key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and support mitigation and internal control measures.
  • Implement and enhance internal finance controls and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within the hospitality or accommodation industry.
  • Working knowledge of hospitality finance systems, such as Opera, SAP.
