  • Audit in-house tagged assets physically.
  • Standardize asset descriptions in the register.

Job description

This is a 6 months contract.

What You Will Do
  • Work with engineering team and vendor to obtain fixed assets confirmation list from assets located at vendor.
  • Work with engineering team and vendor to reconcile the assets at vendors place to the fixed assets register in SAP.
  • To work with the GBS India shared service team to clean up the fixed asset register in SAP.
  • To audit assets in house are being tagged physically.
  • To clean up the in-house fixed assets management system to ensure all assets are tagged with pictures are uploaded to the system.
  • Standardize the fixed asset description and vendor location in the fixed asset register.
  • Any other related tasks.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Diploma in Accounting and Finance or related field
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office
