Overview

We’re hiring a Finance Assistant to manage accounts receivable, process billing, and handle customer inquiries. If you have experience in financial recordkeeping, accounts receivable, or customer service, this role could be a great fit for you.

Nearest MRT: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM
Salary: $2,580/month
Start Date: Early January 2026

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage billing and cancellation of sales invoices.
  • Record and update incoming payments in the ERP system.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide sales-related documents.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. A collaborative team member who is thorough, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Prior admin experience will be a plus.
