Responsibilities

• Processing of company accounts.
• Managing staff leave records and staff expenses claims.
• Maintaining account ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preparing and filing of financial statements.
• Maintaining financial records and documents and storing them in a systematic manner with proper traceability.
• Providing general administrative support.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration and/or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Able to work independently.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: $3,300 – $3,600
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate manage own transport
